Com - Jajaran Buser Polres Klungkung mengamankan empat pelaku judi bola adil dengan tersangka I Kadek Merta alias Boyong (42) alamat Banjar Mentigi, Desa Batununggul, Nusa Penida, tersangka I Dewa Gede Bagus Suardika, (40), alamat Banjar Sampalan, Desa Batununggul, Kecamatan Nusa Penida, Tersangka I Kadek Agus Irawan, (24) alamat Banjar Sembir, Dusun Gelagah, Desa Kutampi, Nusa Penida dan tersangka I Putu Gede Chok Widiana ( 20 ) alamat Banjar Mentiggi, Desa Kutampi Kaler, Kecamatan Nusa Penida, yang melakukan aksinya dipinggir jalan pintu keluar pelabuhan Mentigi, Desa Batununggul, Kecamatan Nusa Penida, pada hari Sabtu, 8 Nopember 2014, sekitar jam 11.30 Wita.
Kasat Reskrim Polres Klungkung AKP Nyoman Wirajaya SH, didampingi Paur Humas Polres Klungkung Ipda Nyoman Sarjana, mengungkapkan hal tersebut di Mapolres Klungkung, Senin, 10/11. Dari tangan para tersangka diamankan barang bukti berupa satu buah papan mainan judi bola adil yang bergambar, satu lembar perlak warna hijau bergambar, satu kain hitam, dua lembar terpal, empat buah kayu sebagai alas papan, lima buah bola dan uang tunai sebesar Rp. 5.700.000,- ( Lima juta tujuh ratus ribu rupiah ) .
Kasat Reskrim mengatakan, aksi permainan judi bola adil ini kerap dilakukan ditempat itu yaitu dipintu keluar pelabuhan Mentigi, secara terang-terangan sehingga Tim Buser Polres Klungkung mengambil tindakan untuk penertiban, apalagi lokasi tersebut merupakan tempat umum yang sering dilalui oleh orang yang mau menyeberang.
Kini para tersangka dan barang bukti diamankan di Mapolres Klungkung untuk penyidikan lebih lanjut, terhadap perbuatannya para tersangka dijerat dengan pasal 303 ayat (1) ke 1 dan ke 2 KUHP, tentang perjudian dengan ancaman kurungan maksimal 10 tahun penjara. (hum)
